Yes, we do! For customers within Metro Manila, we offer same day delivery service via Lalamove or Grab as long as orders are placed before 3:00 PM. The courier will depend on your chosen bed/s.

For customers outside Metro Manila, JRS is our only option at this time. Rest assured, we are looking into other couriers to provide you the best shipping option.

Absolutely! Please contact us so we can provide you the address for pick up. We’d be more than happy to help you make arrangements on a schedule that works for both parties.

For as long as your desired item is in stock, we can do same day delivery within Metro Manila. Our cut-off time for orders is 3:00 PM, beyond that, next day delivery service applies.

For orders from outside Metro Manila, delivery date and time will depend on the courier. Rest assured, you will be provided with a tracking link for you to easily keep track of your order

Since our beds are handcrafted, some take shorter time to make while others take longer. Guaranteed, we will do our best to restock in 7 to 14 days.

Definitely! Just contact us to place an order. The lead time is 7 days but we are planning to have them onhand soon for you to receive them on the same day.

Our beds have been tested on mature dogs who no longer chew. But, we do understand that puppies or younger dogs cannot resist chewing which is why the zipper in each bed is completely hidden out of sight to prevent it from getting chewed. Should any chewing incident happen, feel free to reach out so we can help you with a solution.

In case of a slight accident, simply wipe off with dry cloth. For bigger accidents, you can toss the cover into the washing machine just make sure to use mild soap, no bleach, and avoid brushing. Do not use machine dryer, rather, hang it dry under natural sunlight.

Unwanted odors are primarily caused by fluids seeping into the cushion but this is something you won't have to worry about with Posh Paws. Our beds are made of smart fabric that repels moisture and dust, and the inner cushions are wrapped in ballistic material that prevents fluid from penetrating. By simply wiping off fluid and/or washing the cover in case of accidents, you can rest easy knowing that your pet bed is free from odor.

You can vacuum the rest of the bed to avoid the build up of pet dander. And since this is pet furniture just like human furniture, you can opt for an upholstery cleaner that uses steam vacuum to eradicate stubborn odor

or stains on the upholstery.
